During the initial consultation, your UTS relocation manager will discuss with you what information is important for us to provide you with a meaningful quote tailored to your personal situation.

Your UTS removal manager will explain to you what transport insurance options are available. However, UTS is liable on the basis of the German Commercial Code (HGB) with 620 euros per cubic meter of removal volume. The compensation is based on the current value of your removal goods. If you want to upgrade, your customer advisor will offer you transport insurance.

UTS takes care of everything so that the conditions for a successful move are in place on the day of the move. We keep an eye on the deadlines for the official permits and know the professionals for setting up the no-stopping signs.

The duration depends on the volume, the distance, any customs formalities required at the border and the loading and unloading conditions. Your UTS relocation manager will be happy to tell you how long your move is likely to take.

The removal offer from UTS is free of charge and non-binding.

We offer you personal relocation support from your UTS relocation manager from the initial contact through to invoicing. The large UTS network with approx. 20 partners in Germany and over 1,800 partners worldwide means maximum flexibility and certified quality for you.

As a general rule, stress for your pets should be avoided. Depending on the duration and distance of your move, the UTS PET Move Service may be an option. Ask your UTS relocation consultant and you will receive customized advice and recommendations for your move.

No problem, because every UTS partner has a warehouse for removal goods. All storage facilities are temperature-controlled and comply with current safety standards. The storage period is variable and you even have access to your removal goods during storage (by prior arrangement).

A preparation of 4 to 6 weeks before the start of the move helps to ensure that you receive your desired date and that the move can also be prepared very well by UTS. If your desired date is in the summer or at the end of the month, we recommend that you start planning at least 6 weeks in advance.

Your removal costs depend on various factors, such as the volume of the move, the transportation distance, the scope of the service and seasonal factors such as school vacations. We will clarify the details of your move with you.

This is not absolutely necessary. UTS offers you a good partner throughout Germany to solve your requirements.

UTS is very accommodating. If UTS has not incurred any costs (order of removal trucks or no-stopping zones), you can cancel without any problems. Details can be found in our general terms and conditions.

UTS will provide you with moving boxes during the move. If you would like to purchase these, please contact your removal consultant.

As a rule, you can carry out packing and unpacking work yourself. However, please note that you will not have any insurance cover for this.

Your UTS relocation consultant will advise you from A to Z and will be available to you throughout the entire process. It all starts with an initial consultation on the phone. We then determine your requirements in detail through a video or on-site inspection. During and after the move, we stay in contact with you and are always there for you.

Yes, UTS is happy to do that. We support you in your search for specialist companies for e.g. kitchen assembly, special furniture assembly or electrical work.

UTS works hard to make your move as environmentally friendly as possible. We use environmentally friendly packaging materials from Transpak and offset CO2 consumption with Atmosfair. In addition, we use state-of-the-art trucks with the lowest possible fuel consumption.
